We would like to thank everyone who joined us for the KCNA 2024 Annual Gala, last week on May 9th.  The evening was truly remarkable as we came together to celebrate the nursing community, recognizing our exceptional Shining Star Nurse Awardees and Scholarship recipients. 


Every dollar raised goes directly to our scholarship program, providing $4,000 scholarships to 15 nursing students. If you couldn't attend the event but still wish to contribute, you can support by donating through the link below.

Alison Bradywood, DNP, MPH, RN, NHA, NEA-BC, is the Executive Director of the Washington Board of Nursing and KCNA Board Member. Allison's experience spans acute care, ambulatory practice, long-term care, community health settings, and includes 19 years at Virginia Mason.

SLEEP ACROSS THE LIFESPAN: Helping patients in their sleep journey RECORDING


This is a recording of a live event that took place in January 2024.  In this video you will learn about sleep at different life stages and it's influences on specific conditions. Hear from an incredible speakers' panel of five UW researches and come away with information and  tools to help patients along their sleep journey.
